Luxury car manufacturer Lamborghini is commemorating its nearly 60 years of iconic car design and outstanding performance with a series of events planned globally throughout the year.
In January, celebrations began with the reopening of the Sant’Agata Bolognese museum, which will hold an exhibition called “The Future Began In 1963.” A Lamborghini Day event is set for February 23 in Suzuka, Japan, followed by a gathering of 300 Lambo owners on April 29 at the Silverstone Circuit in the UK. A 60th-anniversary tour is also planned in Italy, scheduled to end in late May in the main square of Bologna.
The United States and China will also receive their respective celebrations later this summer, with more than 100 owners expected to meet over a special gala dinner in China. The celebrations will wrap up with a grand event, the first-ever Lamborghini Festival, to take place in Rome at the Vallelunga Circuit, featuring track-oriented race cars and classic Lambos like the Countach, Miura, and Jalpa.
Lamborghini’s official clubs, spread across 24 countries, will also host individual events as part of the celebrations.
